SAFETY RUNS DEEP
Safety isn’t a program we check off, it’s built into how we think, plan, and execute every project. From design through demobilization, safety runs deep in our people, our processes, and our decisions.
HERE’S HOW WE DO IT:
Curiosity — We Ask Better Questions
Our goal is to always lean into curiosity so we can learn and adapt with each project. That includes:
- Completing site-specific hazard assessments before mobilization and updating them as conditions change.
- Field conditions, not templates, drive job hazard analyses.
- Near-miss reporting and lessons learned are used to strengthen future work.
Creativity — We Engineer Safety
We embrace creativity alongside our technical expertise to develop solutions unique to each project. This means:
- We use field-driven problem solving when conditions change—without compromising safety.
Character — We Do the Right Thing
Knowing what’s right, following through on our plans, and providing the best service to our clients and team is at the heart of everything we do. For each job:
- We give every employee stop-work authority, without hesitation or retaliation.
- Safety expectations are clearly extended to vendors, subcontractors, and visitors.
Our commitment to safety
- Our in-depth onboarding includes task-specific training for all field and shop personnel.
- Our team holds weekly video toolbox trainings within team huddles.
- We hold monthly field safety meetings with all crews and quarterly in-person workshops.
- We invest continually in equipment maintenance and upgrades to prevent failures and protect crews.
- Our leadership team has active involvement in safety planning, site walks, incident reviews and safety audits.
